What it covers

How it works
| Your own instance | Each company runs on its own database. Your data is never in a table next to another company's. |

| Two languages, one record | Every screen and every printed document exists in English and Turkish. A person picks their language; the data does not change. |
| Nothing to install | It runs in the browser, on a desk computer, a tablet or a phone. Printing is the browser's own print to PDF. |
| Departments see their work | Access is by department, enforced on the server for every request. A warehouse account cannot read prices; a sales account cannot see wages. |
Documents it prints
Every document is built from the record it belongs to and printed as an A4 page from the browser. Once a document is issued it is frozen; a change is a numbered revision.

Security
| No credentials in the browser | The page holds no database key of any kind. Every read and write goes through the server, which checks who is asking and what their department allows. |

| Data in the EU | The database runs in a European region. Backups are taken and verified by restoring them. |
| Money needs a second look | A supplier's bank account is confirmed by a second person before anything can be paid to it. Payment requests are approved, not sent. |
| Your own figures stay hidden | On an unattended screen an employee's wages and expenses are not shown until the password is typed again. |
